I will patent my cellular network topology and devices including all new features that are impractical to implement on today's standard 3G/4G/CDMA/HSUPA/etc architectures. Time-Division Duplexing is now depracated. I multiplex in a much more efficient and vastly different fashion that does not suffer from CDMA's lacking RF performance. My technology delivers an 85-100% signal at all times across the entire globe when deployment is complete. My best competition: 4RF Communications with 65mbits/sec at a hair over 3GHz over 100km, BridgeWave's/Nth Air's 60GHz-80GHz solutions for LAN extension, and MRV's latest gigabit RF tech. All of those techs are alright but again they are limited by distance. I am not. Distance is NOT an issue for me. Distance is not even a factor. I think I can push 10 gigabits/sec easily at 60GHz with a BRAND NEW beam spread technology resulting in superior transmissions and signal strength. I need an RF expert to make sure RF radiation is not a danger, here. I am broadcasting at ludacrious strength. Battery drain is not an issue for my mobile devices. They can sustain high RF for long periods of time, also making them perfectly suitable for LEOS(Low Earth Orbit Satellite) featurability. Over a day straight in transmission in some cases. Stand-by time of over 65 days in some cases. My phone beats all competition in both stand-by and transmittance time. My phones can also wirelessly charge each other, provided one has a charge to share to begin with, available in almost every scenario at all times. Distance is a factor there, but, as distance approaches zero, energy transfer approaches 100%. No patents akin to my technologies exist according to all my queries at the United States Trademark and Patent Office. I will conduct further research to make sure I infringe upon nobody's work, for I cherish all of everyone's work. They are all geniuses in their own right. I found one patent REMOTELY similar to my mobile device's display technology but mine is different enough and more of an improvement it should be approved. All hardware of ATC's creation will be patented.

Business Plan: I wrote the following, but I pray that He will suggest to me what and when to do it.
Acquire municipal permission throughout Vermont to deploy my service.
Acquire FCC license for my technology's particular part of the RF spectrum.
Hire & Develop a finished product, generation one, of my cellular device, associated software and accessories.
Have NVIDIA mass produce my state of the art cell phones that works with my network technology as well as all the current standards in the USA and Europe.
Sell T-Mobile exclusive rights to be the only other official reseller of my phone for $15 billion cash (they stand to make $30+ billion from this contract according to my phone's projected market share capture) use of their network presence by Applegate Telecommunications until my coverage is deployed throughout the globe. Then, when available, T-Mobile customers could utilize the superior network from Applegate Telecommunications at no extra charge.
If T-Mobile does not take the deal, Sprint Nextel will. I will GIVE exclusive rights to Sprint Nextel as they have no money, but they do have boring "regular" national cell coverage, in exchange for ownership of the corporation. I will buy it for $x billion over y years contingent upon at least a 20% gain in market share capture due the introduction of my phone. If I wind up with Sprint I will have two different data networks, both faster than everyone else in this nation. 4G deployment from Sprint Nextel's current holdings as well as deployment of my even faster network :)
Provide local telephone, television, and internet service via the same technology I use to blast out my cell signal to produce more capital to help the entire world a day at a time.

IPO of Applegate Consulting stock on the NYSE. (I am not a fan of Wall Street as it is a tool all too often abused by the greedy populous to pillage everyone else but my most influential advisor says it will not suite me well to not to trade publically because I'd potentially put a clamp on rapid growth.)

Supraonics Inc. (biotech venture aimed at curative R&D vs simply treatment/management of illnesses. I believe I already know how to cure HIV/AIDS and several types of cancer. I need some Ph.D.s to run my theories by.)
CB&T (a banking venture geared toward capturing a very large percentage of the American banking market share, then go global. profitable operation but we offer the highest investment returns in the world on the safest investments in the world and beyond to the very best of our ability. Our margins would be slim compared to every other investment banking institution in existence.)
Global News/Media venture that reports actual news... every time I hear "some people say," that is NOT journalism.
Ellierion Inc. (nanotech venture aimed at solving the world's trash problem, basically, recycling on a rather hefty dose of methylprednisolone[very strong steroid, yes I am admittedly a huge nerd.])
